Why a separate site for this work
Sexual abuse claims are not a variety of personal injury case. They involve a different
defendant, an institution rather than an individual, a different evidentiary base built from that
institution’s own records, and a client who is very often approaching a lawyer for the first time
about something they have never told anyone.
A firm’s general practice page cannot hold that. This site exists so a survivor can find the

construction injuries to get to it.
