What we collect
If you use the case review form, we collect the name and contact details you give us, and
anything you choose to write in the message field. Nothing is sent until you press send.
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages people use. Analytics
scripts are not loaded until you interact with the page or a few seconds have passed, so simply
opening the site loads no third-party tracking.
What we do with it
Contact details are used to respond to you. They are not sold, and they are not shared with
anyone outside the firm except where we are required by law to do so.
Confidentiality
What you tell us is confidential from the first conversation, whether or not you go on to bring
a claim. If you contact us and decide to go no further, we do not contact you again unless you ask
us to.
Your browsing is not private from your own device
We cannot control your browser history or anyone else’s access to your device. If you are
concerned that someone may see that you visited this site, consider using a private browsing window
or a device others do not use.
